To work alongside founders or management teams to structure, manage, and advance impact projects in growth environments.

I am particularly drawn to committed organizations (social economy, social entrepreneurship, female empowerment, impact sports), taking on a hybrid role combining operational, coordination, and strategic support.

- Structure and manage projects (from idea to implementation)

- Support the CEO on a daily basis (prioritization, execution, multi-task management)

- Organize and facilitate events or programs

Field experience in impact (Life Project 4 Youth – Philippines): support, project management, partnerships

Current involvement in impact projects (ENYO Fightwear, mentoring, sports & inclusion)

Strong adaptability, autonomy, and interpersonal skills
