What if solo travel was one of the best training grounds for self-confidence?

Traveling alone means making decisions without having all the answers. Facing the unknown. Adapting. Making mistakes. Starting over. And discovering, along the way, that we often possess far more resources than we imagined.

It is on this conviction that I have built my expertise.

I am Valentine, author of the book "Voyager seule" (Traveling Alone), published by Guy Trédaniel, entrepreneur, and founder of the e-learning program "Renaissance Féminine" (Feminine Renaissance).

I have helped over 84 women overcome their fears and dare to take their first solo trip.

Today, I transpose the lessons learned from solo travel to the professional world through conferences and workshops in companies focused on self-confidence, boldness, autonomy, and taking action.

My method: O.S.E.R. (TO DARE)

O — Observe what holds us back.

S — Structure to transform the fear of the unknown into concrete steps.

E — Explore by taking action, even without feeling fully ready.

R — Reinvent one's self-perception based on what one has proven capable of accomplishing.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, I was a labor law jurist and worked in large corporate environments, notably at Printemps, Dassault, and Vinci.

My journey has since led me to speak on various platforms, including STATION F and at Parisian universities.

My conviction?

Confidence does not always precede action. It is often the consequence of it.

Solo travel is my area of expertise. But what it teaches us goes far beyond travel: moving forward despite uncertainty, making decisions, developing autonomy, and discovering that we are capable of much more than we thought.
