Clos & Monopole is a D2C e-commerce platform offering exclusive access to exceptional vineyards, allowing producers to control their export processes.

Led a team of 4 full-stack developers.

We designed and deployed an e-commerce platform facilitating direct interactions between consumers and elite producers. I managed the end-to-end development, optimizing the international supply chain.

I participated in implementing the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) incoterm for the international sale of luxury wines, integrating customs duties and taxes into prices, tackling a rare challenge (less than 1% of global flows use this incoterm).

We developed a system of advanced mathematical expressions to manage complex international taxes, taking into account the specific tax regulations of each country.

Bee2link is a major player in automotive digitalization, with clients such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, and the Volkswagen Group.

I was responsible for the technical architecture and contributed to the development of the OpenFlex product, built with Symfony and React.

I guided the design and construction phases of microservices using Domain Driven Design and CQRS methodologies.

I integrated CI/CD systems via GitLab using Docker and Kubernetes (Helm), automating tests, audits, archiving, version upgrades, and deployments.

I mentored, supported, and trained teams in their skill development.
