Valentin Balicour

As a Community Manager at Opco Mobilités, I am responsible for managing and animating the structure's social networks. My tasks include writing posts for various social platforms, adapting the tone and messages to communication objectives. I participate in the creation of visuals to accompany editorial content, as well as editing videos adapted to digital formats. I also carry out rush capture to produce authentic and engaging content. Finally, I ensure social media moderation, responding to interactions and maintaining the quality of exchanges with the community.

At Agence Indigo, I participated in the digital communication management of several clients, primarily in the event sector. I was responsible for writing posts for social media, adapting messages to key moments and client objectives. I also contributed to the creation of visuals and the editing of video content to support digital communications.

For trade shows and professional events, I managed live social media communication, including capturing content on-site (rushes) and rapid dissemination. This experience allowed me to work in real, dynamic conditions, ensuring significant reactivity in content production. I also handled social media moderation to maintain smooth interaction with communities during periods of high activity.

As an internal communication officer at France Travail, I was responsible for designing and distributing communication materials for employees. My role involved producing various visual and digital content, such as posters, visuals, logos, and videos, to highlight internal information and projects of the organization.

I also participated in implementing internal communication strategies aimed at improving information flow and strengthening team engagement. This experience allowed me to develop a structured approach to communication, combining content creation and strategic thinking.
