The product suffered from a complete lack of structure: no documentation, no versioning, inability to reproduce builds, and high instability of the existing system.

The objective of the mission was to quickly secure the technical foundation, restore a reliable delivery capability, and put the project back on a usable footing.

Immediate analysis and securing of the existing system, including:
- 5 microservices

Complete unblocking of the build process and regaining control of the development cycle

Rapid implementation of an end-to-end testing strategy to secure evolutions and deliver value without regressions
