Within the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, I served as the arrival and departure operations coordinator at Gare de Lyon, Paris. My responsibilities included:

Team Management: Supervising and motivating a team of volunteers responsible for welcoming athletes, coaches, Olympic committee representatives, and media upon their arrival at the station.

Welcome and Orientation: Ensuring a smooth and professional welcome for accredited individuals, overseeing their support and transportation to appropriate means of transport.

Vehicle Fleet Management: Organizing and optimizing vehicle fleet logistics to meet the needs of accredited individuals.

Operational Coordination: Ensuring the smooth running of on-site operations, managing unforeseen issues, and collaborating with various Games departments to maintain a high level of excellence.

This role required leadership, organization, and pressure management skills in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

For the University Rugby 7s World Cup, I held the position of Communications, Media, and Partnerships Manager. My responsibilities included:

Internal and External Communication: Coordinating between different departments to ensure smooth communication. Creating and managing content for social media (Instagram, Facebook) and the website, as well as implementing signage in the city, on buses, and at the event venue.

Partnerships: Seeking and negotiating with local and national partners to support the event and maximize its visibility.

Media Relations: Collaborating with a broadcast and live streaming partner to provide international live coverage of the competition. Prospecting and hosting media to ensure optimal media coverage and enhance the event's notoriety.

On-site Organization: Overseeing communication-related logistics in close collaboration with Stade Maurice David (Provence Rugby) to ensure efficient site utilization.

This role allowed me to work in a multicultural context with 20 national teams from 5 continents and the participation of FISU. In a small structure, mutual support between departments provided me with the opportunity to gain versatile experience and be involved in all stages of the organization.

During my work-study program at the Ligue Sud du Sport Universitaire, I participated in the organization and communication of over 65 sports events, ranging from local championships to international competitions. My main responsibilities included:

Sports Organization: Logistical and sports coordination of university championships, both regional (boxing, judo, football, handball, rugby, swimming, etc.) and national (cycling, archery, equestrian, athletics, American football, etc.).

Event Communication: Development and management of communication for various French championships, including content creation and management of materials (posters, social media, press relations).

Project Management: Organization of the French University Rugby Championship in Aix-en-Provence at Stade Maurice David, including complete management of logistical, sports, and communication aspects in collaboration with the Provence Rugby club.

Event Creation: Planning and managing a free student football and pétanque tournament in Aix-en-Provence, in partnership with CROUS, which brought together over 400 participants in a festive and friendly atmosphere.

This position allowed me to develop expertise in sports project management and event communication, while collaborating with various local and national stakeholders to promote the values of university sports.
