I am a mechanical engineer with over 15 years of experience in the development of plastic components and injection molds for international automotive and industrial companies. My focus is on constructive product development, simulation, prototype manufacturing, and technical project support up to series production readiness.

In my current role, I develop safety-relevant valve systems for automotive industry battery systems. This includes design with Siemens NX, flow and pressure simulations with FloEFD, and the production of precise prototypes using FDM and Resin 3D printing. The results are directly incorporated into component optimization and functional validation.

Prior to this, I spent over a decade in headlight and taillight development, designing complex plastic components with CATIA V5 – including housings, lenses, reflectors, brackets, sealing concepts, and fasteners. Collaboration with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, as well as working with PDM systems like TeamCenter, CDB, and PBU, were part of my daily routine.

My career began in toolmaking, where I developed injection molds and plastic products for industries such as household appliances, paints/coatings, and food. Additionally, I held technical and disciplinary leadership of a 20-person team and was responsible for projects from the concept phase to series production.
