In a variety of different projects, I bring my expertise to the CNC machine tool market, automation, industrial controls, and software. In particular, product strategy, business plans, and restructuring are areas where I am happy to offer my consulting services.

As head of the business segment with headquarters in Erlangen, I am responsible for the global equipment business for machine tools with approximately 3000 employees. In addition to 4 plants, this includes responsibility for product management, development, and sales worldwide. The core product is the SINUMERIK CNC control. During my tenure, many innovations were created in the areas of digitalization and control (SINUMERIK ONE). Due to the volatility of the business, it was necessary to decide on and implement restructurings, which ultimately form the basis for further profitable growth.

With approximately 1000 employees, as Head of Systems Engineering at the Fürth site, I was responsible for a primarily internal business for the development and manufacturing of customer-specific products in the industrial sector. The restructuring and closure of several sites and the negotiation of equalization of interests were part of my responsibilities, as was the focus of the core business on products with growth potential.
