I am very familiar with the diverse cultures and specific requirements of the healthcare industry and combine classic project management with agile methods.

I advise healthcare providers and payers on digitalization and networking in the healthcare sector. I work operationally as a Scrum Master and Product Owner in numerous digitalization projects, including for AOK Nordost with the Digital Health Network, in the innovation fund project "Strukturmigration im Mittelbereich Templin (StimMT)", or for Techniker Krankenkasse in consulting and project management assignments.
