• • ensuring procedural adherence and effective collaboration with contractors.

• • To develop and determine all QA/QC standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures as well as oversee all testing methods while maintaining high standards of quality for all processes using API 1104,

• • API 650, ASME IX, and AWS D1.1.

• • Inspection of Fit-up, welding, and Field joint coating.

• • Inspection of conformity for hydro-test and chart reading, valve pneumatic test.

• • Inspection of coating and prompt report

• • Inspection for calibration due date and next due date of machine, equipment etc.

• • Inspection of holiday detection prompt and reports.

• • Preparation of daily stringing report, weld report, coating report, weld map, weld history and etc.

• • Visual inspection of fit up and weld joint.

• • Check fit up

• • Ensured workers adherence to WPS and monitoring welders during

• • Ensuring manhole and piping erected have the right elevation as per
