I've spent 8 years inside Boucheron (Kering), Byredo (PUIG) and Maison Margiela (OTB), working closely with commercial, digital and CRM teams to change that. My job was always the same at its core: figure out what the business actually needs to know, build the systems to measure it properly, and make sure the right people can act on it.

In practice that means building omnichannel KPI frameworks that connect retail, ecommerce and CRM into one coherent picture. It means designing Power BI reporting that leadership teams actually open and use, not just receive. And it means being the person who sits between the business and the data engineering team, translating in both directions so nothing gets lost.

The project I'm most proud of is the omnichannel attribution model I built at Boucheron from scratch. I took it from an undefined business question all the way through to deployment and adoption across global markets. That kind of end-to-end work, where analytics meets stakeholder management meets commercial strategy, is where I do my best work.
