I am working for Euromaster,CRM support as a functional analyst supporting SAP ClickTools and Integration flows between OCOD(Oracle on Demand) and other applications. My role involves supportng incident and request management activities, functional analysisof business requirements, and coordination iwth other teams for requirements evolution and enhancements. OCOD support closesly involves the coordination with key users for the requirement gathering and functional testing

Roles and responsibilities :

• Support ClickTools/OCOD

• Analysis of the requirement

• Responsible for the enhancement requirements.

• Analysis of the integrationflows errors between OCOD and other applications in CRM.

• Manage the backlogs

Migration project of EDI flows from the French environment to the UK environment. Following AXA's acquisition of an American insurer, XL Group, AXA's Asset Management department wanted to pool the data reception platforms linked to the processing of Electronic Data Interchange flows between the EDI server and the integration of the flows into GENIUS (an insurance-oriented ERP whose publisher is XCHANGING). EDI Marine, an application which gathers the reception, the control and the integration in GENIUS of the various EDI Marine flows. Other EDI flows: Motors (automotive), PNC.

Carry out technical and functional unit tests in the new environment. Adaptation of programs for the flows in the new target environment.

I have worked as a ServiceNow Consultant for Servicenow ticketing platform which manages the ServiceNow BAU(for Incident/Change/Service Request)activities with the customer feedback survey. My role involves to manage the technical discussion with L3 team for the new/change functional requirements, User interaction for the functional details, Creation and functional testing of User stories(created in JIRA). My role also as an admin responsible for All imports to be done in servicenow,Supplier Interface issues,Maintenance of Service Catalog configuration, Import sets creation for user,Group management,Maintenance of Scheduled jobs/Reports/Dashboards
