Ulysse Prygiel

I worked for 6 months with Ulysse on the DR project. His mission was to take charge of the Back-end and Front-end development of our web application. The stack included NodeJS, Prisma, PostGRE for the back-end and VueJS, Bootstrap for the Front-end. Ulysse completely took ownership of the stack and quickly became autonomous on the project. He has a very good technical level. Furthermore, as the team was small (3 people then 2), he showed autonomy and initiative and proposed solutions in an environment where I sometimes didn't have much time to explain and follow the developments. I think we could have done better in terms of communication, however. The team has a fairly flexible organization and I let him organize himself as he wished, but we sometimes had trouble connecting.
