Assignment: Compliance Programme. Closing an extensive Red audit report working with Service BU and Finance in Denmark and Sweden, especially CFO's. The project was focused on achieving robust and efficient processes and better cross-functional colloboration across Nordics as well as harmonizing processes.

Handling and managed progress meeting, project reporting, stakeholder management, designed more efficient and compliant processes through workshops both across Service/Finance as well as purely financial processes.

Role: PMO

Assignment: Part of PMO involved in M&A process of selling MitID (EID department). Doing financial progress reporting, Financial Invoicing, supporting Change request process etc.

Assignment: His role was to assist in preparing for a big bang roll out for 42 companies globally for a lead2cash process based on DBC and D365 CRM. In the User Aceptance Testing phase I did reporting of Test Development and test scoping based on outcome of business validation. Ulrik provided consultancy services in terms of problem management setup, local support setup, employee compensation package, preparation of roll out on infrastructure side and alignment of major incident process ahead of the rollout. During rollout he acted as problem manager performing ticket prioritization, alignment meetings with Super User Community, ticket handling and being responsible for major incidents.
