The Enventa Group has acquired several manufacturers of enterprise software for various industries and brought them together under one roof. The products developed include, for example, solutions for ERP, financial management, and business intelligence.

As part of the Enventa NG project, a web-based integration platform was initially developed to integrate individual products from the group transparently under one roof and for the user. During the technological development, individual functional modules were gradually integrated, partially newly developed, or entire standalone applications from the group's product landscape were integrated.

The economic challenge was to identify from a multitude of possible functional solutions those that promised a short time to the first paying user.

The methodological challenge was to establish agile working methods and agile thinking at all levels. This included pure software development (delivery) as well as product research (discovery).

Furthermore, the team members came from different, mostly still isolated, parts of the acquired companies.
