Having already developed automation/AI solutions for my own clients, joining Doctor IA for a few weeks allowed me to gain experience with SMEs by working on concrete cases.

I mainly developed expertise in Airtable, creating functional CRMs/ERPs from the company's old organization, which were often difficult-to-coordinate Excel files.

Furthermore, I acquired professional rigor to take into account both budgetary and technical issues to provide my clients with an adapted and quick-to-use result, even for a team unfamiliar with automation tools.

Finally, my knowledge of Make has deepened, allowing me to create effective (and above all automatic) links between my clients' various tools, for significant time and clarity gains.

During this internship, I was introduced to the business world at a young age.

I contributed to the accounting of purchases, the design of Excel spreadsheets, and an internal reorganization of files.
