The saying goes that a lawyer's worst enemy is their client. Fortunately, so far my clients have been reliable owners of VSEs and SMEs with whom I work closely on:

- Answering all the HR-related questions they may have (drafting employment contracts, company agreements, assisting with the implementation of the CSE and organizing meetings, dismissal or mutual termination procedures...)

- Helping them make decisions for operations that impact employees

- Defending them in case of litigation with an employee (negotiation or labor court)

I know there's the Labor Code on one hand and reality on the other. I will always prioritize pragmatism and the best solution for the client.
