I didn't become a CEE expert by chance.

My career began with business law. There, I learned to secure contracts, negotiate, and understand companies' financial mechanisms.

Then I specialized in corporate finance and large account sales development. Very quickly, I observed a reality: many companies, local authorities, and public institutions were abandoning their energy projects due to lack of funding, time, or internal skills.

I then created FRAGMA SOLUTIONS with a simple conviction:

Energy transition should not be a cost. It should become a financial lever.

For over 7 years, I have been supporting industrialists, hospitals, universities, local authorities, social landlords, and large groups in the setup and management of energy renovation projects.

My role is not just to seek aid.

I intervene across the entire value chain:

I have developed particular expertise in tertiary and industrial buildings where the amounts involved can reach several million euros.
