IT leadership meets strategic depth: I am Tsotne Bareladze, IT Team Lead with a Master's in Business Informatics, specializing in Healthcare IT, System Architecture, and IT Operations in regulated environments.

In my current role as Lead IT Systems & Operations Manager, I am responsible for the entire IT infrastructure of a private clinic in Berlin — from Windows and network administration to backup concepts and virtualization, as well as telematics infrastructure and GDPR-compliant processes. I manage a three-person IT team and translate technical complexity into clear, business-ready decisions.

What I do for my clients: IT consulting for medical practices, group practices (MVZs), and small clinics (telematics, ePA, HIS integration, IT security according to KRITIS/NIS-2), Microsoft 365 and Windows Server setups for SMEs (migration, Active Directory, GPOs, backup), strategic IT consulting for digitalization in the mid-sized sector (ITSM according to ITIL, service catalog, incident and change management), and AI and automation consulting for the secure, GDPR-compliant integration of AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT Enterprise.
