I had the pleasure of collaborating with Young-Way on the editing and post-production of an institutional film for a large industrial group. He was able to take on the rushes with great autonomy and propose editing that was both fluid, dynamic, and elegant, while precisely respecting the client's expectations. He also demonstrated a great sense of rhythm, a true musical sensibility, and great attention to detail, both in the selection of shots and in the finishing touches, color grading, and exports. Young-Way proved to be very responsive throughout the project, especially during the different feedback phases, with excellent adaptability and a real concern for delivering a quality result within short deadlines. The collaboration was simple, professional, and effective from start to finish.
