Tristan successfully managed a very complex SAP cloning project, covering seven Western Europe countries and a multitude of stakeholders. He excelled at preparing extensive UAT testing, onboarding and engaging local testers in each country, tracking and managing status reports on a daily basis, keeping all testers involved and motivated, managing defects, and delivering all expected results successfully and on time. Tristan is a very experienced team player, self-reliant, with a keen eye for details, and he is a pleasure to work with.
