About Trécy

Hello! 👋

Passionate about drawing, I naturally evolved towards graphic design and UI Design. In 2017, I deepened my skills in UX Design, immersing myself in agile methodologies and Design Thinking.

Over the past 5 years, I've had the opportunity to apply my skills in user research, interface design, and prototyping on various projects.

    Saint-Denis, France
Context: The Design Studio, a center of expertise for UX/UI designers within the DGNUM, is tasked with assisting project managers in designing intuitive and effective user experiences. I joined this team to contribute to this mission.

    Key Actions:

    - As part of a user-centered approach, I contributed to the significant improvement of a railway traffic management tool. In close collaboration with operational teams, I designed a prototype that met the specific needs of users. This prototype will serve as the basis for the development of the final version, scheduled for September 2024.

    - I had the opportunity to co-lead a training session for project managers within the DGNUM, introducing the principles of Design Thinking and demonstrating its practical application in digital transformation projects.

    - Supported various projects by adapting the methodology to specific needs. This included quick ergonomic recommendations and more in-depth support, incorporating user research and iterative design phases.

    - Focused on optimizing my project management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

  • Aktio
    Product Designer
    ENVIRONMENTAL
    January 2022 - January 2023 (1 year)
    Paris, France
The Project: Aktio, an online platform that allows companies to conduct their carbon footprint assessment autonomously or with personalized support.

And to accurately measure their ecological footprint, identify levers for action, and commit to reducing their greenhouse gas emissions.

Context: An initial version of the Aktio solution had already been deployed to users. I joined the project team to evolve this tool, taking into account user feedback.

    Key Actions:

    - Audit of the existing user experience, including a study of user journeys.

    - User interviews to identify users' main frustrations and expectations, as well as opportunities for improvement.

    - Implementation of a new sitemap, defined after an online survey using the card sorting methodology, to facilitate navigation and make the tool more intuitive.

    - Revision of the tool's graphic charter to ensure consistency with the brand's visual identity and enhance the overall perception of the solution.

    - Design of a "Goals and Action Plan" module to support users in defining and implementing their sustainable development goals. Given the complexity of this feature, an iterative approach was favored, starting with a deployment to a sample of clients to gather areas for improvement.
