Design and implementation of purchasing strategies: development of a purchasing strategy based on the specific needs of the company, with a focus on managing categories related to business travel and real estate. Tender management: assistance in defining the needs of internal stakeholders, drafting and publication of calls for tenders for the selection of suppliers. Entry and management of orders: responsible for entering and monitoring fruit and vegetable orders from suppliers, guaranteeing data accuracy, deadlines and quantities. Daily coordination of supplies with suppliers to maintain stock continuity. Management of internal and external communications: main contact person for calls and emails related to purchases, both with suppliers and with internal teams (logistics, warehouses, finance). Rapid resolution of requests and responsiveness to unforeseen events. Management of disputes and complaints: processing and resolution of disputes with suppliers (delivery errors, quality or compliance problems). Process optimization: contribution to the improvement of internal processes in terms of order management and communication with stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement for greater efficiency.
