ARP stand for Airbus Resource Planning , it’s a big project to prepare the future of Airbus by optimizing the industrial flow. It’s a large solution with 5 ARTs and about 12 teams involved within it.

Scrum master of 3 distributed teams (Toulouse, Hamburg, Bengalore, Spain) .

My role as a Scrum master is to:

▪ Facilitator of the teams

▪ Coach the teams on SCRUM principles

▪ Servant leader (managing team capacity, removing impediments, supporting the PO…)

▪ Providing training on Agile

I had another role within the project as RTE Proxy:

▪ Leading PO Sync meeting

▪ Coaching PMs and BOs on features maturation and prioritization

▪ Leading Workshops and training of ART community

Scrum master within different projects in Airbus using SAFe in multi cultural environment.

Projects:

- 3DExperience: 3DX is a huge and high potential project inside Airbus in collaboration with Dassault Systems to provide 3D view of all components in the e2e point of view of the aircraft.

- EBAM (Engineering Business Activities Monitoring): Complex platforms managing Airbus Engineering department activities. Creation and design of workflow of

tasks, business objects, E2E process, cockpit view, dashboarding. Multi teams involved in SAFE context (Toulouse, Hamburg, Bangalore)

- Cabin digitalization and transparency: IOT application based on Thingworx Technology. Three sites (Toulouse, Barcelona and Hamburg) involving in this project,

My dutie as a Scrum master in a nutshell

▪ Facilitator within the team

▪ Coach the team on SCRUM principles

▪ Servant leader (managing team capacity, removing impediments, supporting the PO…)

▪ Demo of the team achievement to the stakeholders

▪ Multi team’s coordinator and focal point

▪ Functional referral on some modules of the tool
