✓ Contribute to the drafting of memos, circulars, and arguments for the Directorate of Judicial Protection of Youth and the Ministry of Justice.

✓ Develop responses to various requests from hierarchical levels, by analyzing opportunities and difficulties and proposing solutions to address them, taking into account the institutional context and the regulatory framework.

✓ Development and implementation of the support plan for orientations, decisions, and instructions from the directorate concerning the educational intervention of the judicial protection of youth services in an open environment and with the courts.

✓ Implementation of social, medico-social, and health policies

✓ Management of teams, fostering the development of staff skills and expertise

✓ Representation of the two structures while ensuring institutional coherence and team cohesion

✓ Human resources management and animation (50 professionals)

✓ Economic, financial, and logistical management (Annual budget of 4 million euros)
