- Cost Reduction: Over $150K in savings, with $130K solely from rationalizing license usage (defining new access criteria for licenses, implementing alternatives for occasional users...). The savings made it possible to negotiate a 2-year license rate with Atlassian, within the budget initially planned for one year. Negotiated a 30% discount on the rate of the service provider responsible for the migration.
