The focus was on the digitalization of processes, change management, personnel controlling, and compliance with labor law and data protection regulations. Support for up to 180 employees. Responsible for recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, personnel marketing, employer branding, as well as the further development of compensation models and benefits. Participation in the international restructuring of the Softline Group in cooperation with "Noventiq" and introduction of digital HR systems and mobility solutions.

Responsible for the recruiting and onboarding of IT specialists in the DACH region, including process optimization, employer branding, and personnel marketing. Participation in international HR projects and planning of personnel marketing measures. Training of new employees and onboarding.

Responsible for processing personnel-related matters and administrative procedures within the entire area of responsibility. Training and support of new team members, representation of personnel managers, and organizational preparation of international assignments, including deployment planning.
