- Security hardening: SSH key-only, UFW, per-environment secret isolation, PROD gate

- Direct collaboration with developers for CI/CD integration

- Bug fixing framework (Symfony DI) for automated deployment from scratch

- Use of Claude Code (AI pair-programming) to maximize efficiency and deliverable quality

I contributed to the following impacts:

- Complete CI/CD pipeline: from push to deployment in under 10 minutes (DEV auto, PROD manual)

- "Create Everything" orchestrator: bare-metal provisioned and operational in under 1 hour

- Automated backup: 12 S3 retention rules, daily verification, PROD->DEV cloning with GDPR sanitization

- Observability: 4 Grafana IaC dashboards (Terraform), 4 NRQL alerts, metrics filtering (-90%)

- 50+ property-based tests validating the infrastructure (Dockerfiles, Ansible, ports, auth)

- Professional architecture documentation delivered (TDD, 15 ADRs, team handovers)

- Improvement of the traffic estimation process for Rakuten Super Sales, adding complete "client-backend" traceability.
