Toni Secondos

I hold a management position in charge of supply chain and quality within a certified industrial environment (ISO 9001, Origine France Garantie, EPV).

My role covers the management of supply and production flows, optimization of logistics processes, performance monitoring (costs, service, deadlines) as well as the deployment and continuous improvement of the quality management system.

I also handle supplier relations, product compliance, audits (internal/external), and industrial improvement projects, with a strong focus on results and field pragmatism.

I work as an adjunct lecturer at UPJV, primarily with students in BUT Logistics and Transport Management.

My role involves designing and delivering courses focused on project management, logistics, supply chain, and quality, drawing on real-world industrial case studies.

I assist students in structuring their projects (WBS, planning, indicators, risks), developing their operational skills, and preparing them for the demands of the professional world.
