After 4 years in companies and 5 years in an Accounting and Audit Firm, I decided to create my own structure to dedicate myself to what I am passionate about: supporting SME managers as a committed partner for their performance.

In a multi-sector environment, I supported a portfolio of growing or transforming VSEs/SMEs, with a role that went beyond traditional accounting: monthly dashboards, forecasts, profitability analyses, financial structuring, internal process optimization.

I also managed and developed a team of accounting assistants, training them in best practices and supervising the quality of the work produced.

In parallel, I worked on statutory audit missions and organizational audits.

➡ Objective: to give managers a clear vision to manage and secure their business, while structuring internal teams for greater efficiency.

I supported a portfolio of SMEs, mainly from the industrial sector (metallurgy, industrial mechanics, screw machining, and agri-food), with an approach focused on managing growing or turnaround businesses: interim statements, dashboards, reporting, annual closings, profitability analyses.

I also coordinated and supervised accounting assistants based in Tunisia, ensuring the allocation of tasks, adherence to deadlines, and the quality of deliverables.

Acquisition audits further enhanced my ability to quickly analyze a structure, identify points of attention, and provide concrete recommendations.
