• Preparation of monthly financial reports for LBO companies: monitoring P&L, cash flow analysis, and performance commentary;

• Production of in-depth financial analyses (revenue, margin, main costs, cash flow, etc.) for investors and management;

• AMOA support for the implementation of treasury management software (Agicap): project management, configuration, flow integration;

• Regular interaction with management and CFOs;

Preparation and development of Due Diligence reports for acquisitions and disposals, including:

1) Synthetic presentation of the client (organizational chart, business summaries, and business model);

2) Income statement review: analysis of revenue, gross margin, operating expenses (COGS, personnel costs), and items below EBITDA;

Presentation of a normalized EBITDA.

3) Balance sheet review with a focus on the latest ongoing period: analysis of fixed assets, operating working capital (inventory, accounts receivable and payable [DIO, DSO, DPO, aging schedules, etc...]) and non-operating items (tax and social liabilities, other receivables and payables...);

4) Cash flow analysis and presentation of cash/net debt;

5) Construction of financial closing and a Business Plan;

Participation in Due Diligence (acquisition and disposal) and Restructuring missions, including financial diagnosis, review of historical performance, and analysis of operating and cash flow forecasts:

› Construction of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow);

› Analyses: revenue, margin, overhead costs, personnel costs, balance sheet, cash flow…

› Construction and presentation of normalized EBITDA and adjusted cash/net debt;
