Food and language are both forms of communication, and I have spent the last two decades mastering both. My journey has taken me from the intense environments of Michelin-starred kitchens to the strategic world of hospitality consulting and translation.

I specialize in "bridging the gap" for businesses in the F&B and tourism industries. Because I have lived and worked in Japan, Europe, and Southeast Asia, I don't just translate words—I translate cultures. My goal is to ensure that your message is not only understood but also resonates deeply with your target audience.
