Fabrication of galvanized metal structures for greenhouses:

With tubes from 18 to 40 mm in diameter, I perform cuts, bends, reductions, and punches.

Using a semi-automatic mig welder, I weld nozzles (for greenhouse sides), bent sleeves (for door bottoms) on some tubes, and I also weld nozzles and tube ends onto sleeves on hoops.

I create jigs for specific cases.

Upper retubing of the boiler, grinding, chamfering of parts, measurement of tube plates and tracing with a template, replacement of tubes, rectification of tubes, welding of plates and tubes

With the site manager or alone, measuring boiler surfaces, cutting sheet metal with an angle grinder or plasma cutter, chamfering metal parts, welding, retubing, grid renovation
