Project to redesign certain CHANEL e-commerce sites on the HYBRIS platform - Omni-channel Strategy. Management of various integrators: Hybris, Cegid, and related IT systems in the ecosystem. Support for the concerned fashion houses - overall management / coordination / monitoring.

Manager of an agile Tech team of 10 people (France, Morocco, and India); responsible for an application domain at the heart of the Product data information chain within Chanel's worldwide Corporate IT. Application administration, roadmap management, data management, transverse management & organization, recruitment, IT infrastructure, project management. Preparation of the SAP Hybris migration for all applications in my scope (Analyze needs (processes, tools, organization) for the run of the new platform and implement them).

Coordination of the Group's countries' internet requests

• Qualify needs

• Schedule actions with the integrator (Cap/Prosodie) and the countries Preparation of the French site's migration to a new solution (Hybris)

• Analyze needs (processes, tools, organization) for the run of the new platform and implement them

Operational maintenance

• Qualify and handle incidents according to ITIL standards

• Manage technical activities with third parties and countries

• Implement and monitor action plans for version changes

• Monitor technical service providers in this ecosystem

• Perform Hybris platform "tuning" actions (measurements, dashboards,..) using analytics tools (IBM-Coremetrics and iP-Label…)

• Provide technical expertise to challenge technical choices
