Hundreds of shoots, tight deadlines, satisfied demanding clients. I learned this profession by doing — not in a classroom.

Today, I manage Esprit Film with a simple approach: every project is handled from A to Z with the same level of rigor, whether it's a commercial to be broadcast nationally or a corporate aftermovie to showcase a company event.
