Operational and strategic management of the company in close coordination with the parent company. Realignment/planning of the company's further development, including investment decisions, taking into account the parent company's requirements. Personnel responsibility for 50 employees (up to 70 seasonally) as well as direct professional and disciplinary management of five department heads. Leading coordination of cooperation with the parent company, sister companies, and all business partners. Conducting negotiations with customers, business partners, and service providers. Worldwide representation of the company towards key accounts and business partners at management level. Responsibility for the operational organization within the company and monitoring of implementation. Preparation of profit and sales forecasts. Execution of cost accounting. Management of new customer acquisition. Responsibility for 3 locations (office and 2 logistics sites).

Conducting training sessions and workshops in various IT areas. Imparting practice-oriented knowledge in software development, web programming, and database management, including an introduction to modern programming paradigms, the use of current frameworks and tools, and the implementation of best practices. Development and presentation of application-oriented examples to make complex topics such as object-oriented programming, RESTful APIs, and SQL optimization understandable. Integration of real project requirements into teaching to optimally prepare participants for professional life. Promotion of independent problem-solving skills through interactive exercises and team projects in the mentioned areas.

Administration of the company's own IT infrastructure. Configuration and management of server and network components. Creation and implementation of concepts on the topics of server virtualization, data backup, network services, and network security. Setup and support of internal test environments.
