Responsabilities

- As part of the team managing the global ERP project at Mercury Marine, I also serve as a backup Dynamics 365 ERP Security/System Analyst. My contributions include aligning re lease and deployment plans with business needs and technical standards, coordinating software releases, automating manual tasks, and managing environments.

- I designed and automated release processes, including server automation, load balancing, and deployment management across nearly 100 Microsoft AX environments.
