Drawing on 20+ years across product development, operations, fundraising and company-building, I provide strategic and hands-on support to founders and leadership teams tackling high-stakes growth, innovation and delivery challenges.

My background in engineering, combined with a strong commercial instinct, means I get up to speed quickly, cut through complexity and bring structure to difficult projects. I add the most value where teams are navigating technical uncertainty, scaling pressure or major inflection points and need clear thinking, decisive action and strong execution.

I previously founded and scaled Kalium Health, developing remote patient monitoring technology to improve chronic kidney disease management. As CEO, I led the business through multiple rounds of equity and non-dilutive funding, built a high-calibre multidisciplinary team, and oversaw the development and clinical evaluation of the world’s first blood potassium self-test.

Prior to that, I built my career leading complex product development and innovation projects across healthcare, engineering and advanced technology businesses including GE, Novartis, Roche Diagnostics and startups from the UK, Europe, US, Asia and Australia. I worked with multidisciplinary teams to solve difficult technical problems, improve delivery, and bring novel products closer to market.
