I’m a supply chain professional who has spent the last 12+ years learning one thing: great planning is not about systems, it’s about people, processes, and decisions.
I’ve had the chance to work in different industries and countries. Each role gave me new lessons: how to manage volatility, how to build resilient supply chains, and how to make change stick.
Along the way, I’ve seen projects succeed – and fail. I’ve learned that transformation is never just about installing a tool. It’s about aligning leadership, culture, and operations so that planning actually works in real life.
I don’t pretend to know everything – supply chain is too broad for that. But I do bring curiosity, hands-on experience, and a drive to make things better.
