• Pilot & PoC Design — scoping pilots that actually prove or disprove the business case, not just demo well.

• Implementation Oversight & Change Management — advising on rollout, user adoption, integration with existing systems (MES, ERP,WMS, ...), and scaling beyond the pilot phase.
