CTO responsible for technical strategy and systems architecture. Led the modernization of the platform ahead of international expansion, while remaining hands-on as a systems architect and developer. Responsible for systems handling millions of daily calls from vehicle units and carried out a generational technology shift.

In my role I was responsible for the entire development chain, where we built the frontend with Blazor and worked with a middle layer of WCF services and SQL Server. All development was done in .NET8/NET10, and I was responsible for developing backend services, REST APIs and integrations in .NET/C#.

In the project I was responsible for the architecture and structuring of the solution, with a clear separation between business logic, integration layer and presentation layer to enable long-term maintainability, testability and independence from specific technical implementations.

In this system we developed many custom REST APIs for our clients and had many integrations with the clients' AD, financial systems and other systems in the clients' own environments.

For requirements management and release planning we used Azure DevOps as part of quality-assuring the development.

We worked in an agile manner across all our projects, and I have driven development throughout my time as technical project manager.

During the first years after the company's founding, I worked as a systems architect and technical project manager on a surveillance system for the Swedish Armed Forces, tasked with monitoring and managing entry to and access to all of Sweden's mobilization depots. The system was installed at their training facility and in their center for alarm management and access control.

The solution was built as a distributed system in which various system components and integrations communicated via message-based workflows to enable scalability, robustness and asynchronous handling of data and events. Some of the technologies we worked with at the time were C++, MSMQ and SQL Server. Communication with the facilities used Mobitex with encrypted traffic.

From 2008 we began developing a SaaS system for electronic driving logs, car pools, fleet administration and driving analysis, focused on the management and analysis of vehicle data.

I led the work on technical architecture and further development of the platform, and also contributed operationally to the development work. Our goal was to build a scalable fleet-management platform adapted for increasing data volumes and growing business needs. The technologies we worked with there were ASP.NET/NET8/NET10, C#, Blazor, JavaScript, IIS and SQL Server.

The system was developed to make it possible to share information with the clients' own systems through custom integrations, primarily with internal AD and financial systems. The integrations also allowed clients to retrieve, for example, driving information or analysis data themselves via REST API.

The system was designed with many subsystems, where monitoring and log management were collected and handled centrally in a dedicated solution for quality-assuring the platform's operation. Alarms were triggered in the event of warnings, errors, overload and so on.
