Responsible for driving end-to-end development of innovative products and processes across the company’s portfolio. I lead cross-functional R&D initiatives, manage pilot-scale testing, and translate creative concepts into scalable, commercially viable solutions.

My role includes coordinating with internal teams and external partners, optimising production workflows, ensuring technical feasibility, and securing compliance with relevant quality and legislative standards. I focus on delivering high-impact, future-oriented developments that strengthen the brand’s unique identity and market position.

I help food companies accelerate product development, strengthen quality systems, and navigate complex EU legislation. Combining R&D experience, process engineering insight, and deep knowledge of food technologies, I support clients from raw-material assessment to pilot-scale production and compliance.

My work covers innovation strategy, formulation and process troubleshooting, supplier auditing, HACCP/IFS readiness, and development of scalable manufacturing workflows. I bridge technical, analytical, and legislative requirements so companies can launch products faster, more safely, and with greater market success.

Responsible for developing new products (including packaging) across multiple categories, with a strong focus on plant-based innovation.

Key responsibilities:

– Development of new products for:

• plant-based alternatives (soy curds, tofu, spreads, drinks, desserts, meat alternatives)

• semi-finished products for industry

• gastro/foodservice products

– Testing and evaluation of ingredients and packaging

– Cooperation with raw-material suppliers, packaging suppliers, and technology providers

After several months, I was promoted to Development Manager based on performance and project results.
