I am an Agile Coach, Facilitator, Mentor, and Trainer. For over 10 years, I have supported teams and organizations in their Cultural Transformation processes, collaborating in the creation of strategic, tactical, and operational plans to navigate these paths in a systemic way.

I lead workshops and training sessions on agile mindset and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), along with supporting teams and organizations in the challenge of adopting them.

I facilitate spaces for collaboration, reflection, knowledge sharing, and co-creation of solutions.

I design, create, and facilitate agile dynamics and events, both community-based and institutional.

My background includes Computer Engineering, Social Psychology and Coaching, with over 20 years of experience in custom software development.

I am the co-creator of Agile Open Camp (and a partner at Lateral.la and InnQube.com.

I supported multidisciplinary teams in the implementation and continuous improvement of agile practices (Scrum and Kanban), facilitating key ceremonies (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, planning, refinements, and discovery workshops).
I fostered the development of leadership, collaborative work, and self-management skills in leaders and teams, transforming them into change agents through mentoring and individual/group coaching.
I co-designed organic adoption roadmaps (sandwich approach: top-down + bottom-up) tailored to each organization's unique culture, identifying roadblocks and dysfunctional dynamics, and facilitating their resolution.
I promoted the use of agile metrics and KPIs (velocity, cycle time, predictability) for data-driven decision-making, aligning business and technology objectives.
I delivered workshops and talks on building high-performing teams with an agile-human approach, enhancing what was already working within the organization without a "big bang."
