Since April 2023, I have been the founder and IT consultant at IT-Techvision, focusing on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, fullstack development, cybersecurity, and e-commerce. In this role, I guide companies from analysis and conception to the technical implementation of custom, scalable, and secure IT solutions.

A central part of my work involves developing modern fullstack applications and API-based platform architectures. This includes web applications, dashboards, customer portals, internal management systems, and industry-specific software solutions based on Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, and MongoDB. In addition to development, I handle the modeling of data structures, role and authorization concepts, interface integrations, and the construction of stable backend, hosting, and cloud structures.

In the field of Artificial Intelligence, I design and implement AI agents, voice bots, and AI telephony solutions for automating customer, sales, and service processes. This includes LLM integrations, automated document processing, matching processes, lead qualification, knowledge bases, and API-orchestrated workflows. The goal is to reduce manual tasks and make operational processes more efficient.

Another focus is on building security-oriented IT architectures. I support companies with security requirements according to ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, and NIST, as well as with regulatory topics like DORA and the EU AI Act. This involves creating security concepts, risk and gap analyses, action plans, and technical architecture concepts.

Furthermore, I realize e-commerce, CMS, and ERP-related platform solutions with Shopify, Shopware, WooCommerce, WordPress, JTL, and MedusaJS. This includes webshops, merchandise management integrations, digital sales processes, payment, shipping, and returns logic, as well as tracking, marketing, and automation systems.

In my role as a Cybersecurity Advisor, I was responsible for the analysis, evaluation, and further development of information security structures for public and private clients. A key focus was on conducting cybersecurity assessments, gap analyses, and risk and security evaluations to identify technical, organizational, and procedural vulnerabilities.

I reviewed and designed security requirements based on established standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST, BSI IT-Grundschutz, GDPR, KAS-51, and DIN SPEC 27076. From the analysis results, I derived concrete technical and organizational measures and prepared them in a structured manner for various stakeholder groups.

My responsibilities also included developing security concepts, action plans, management reports, and security dashboards. These served to transparently present risks, maturity levels, findings, and action needs, and acted as a basis for decision-making for management, IT, and business departments.

Furthermore, I supported penetration tests and vulnerability analyses, evaluated the results, prioritized findings by criticality, and developed concrete recommendations for risk reduction. In workshops and discussions with business departments, IT managers, and management, I gathered requirements, evaluated existing security measures, and supported the development of practical cybersecurity strategies.

Through this work, I was able to connect technical security requirements with organizational processes and regulatory requirements, helping companies to systematically increase their security maturity.

During the Corona phase, in my role as a Working Student in IT & E-commerce at Zwilling J.A. Henckels, I participated in digitalization and transformation projects. The goal was to further develop digital sales processes, online shop structures, and internal system workflows to meet the growing demands of e-commerce.

A key part of my responsibilities involved supporting the conception, further development, and implementation of SAP HANA and merchandise management-related system processes. I worked closely with various departments to gather requirements, analyze existing workflows, and systematically support technical and functional adjustments.

Additionally, I analyzed, evaluated, and documented process and system changes. Based on the results, I derived functional requirements for IT, e-commerce, product data management, and sales. This helped to make digital processes more transparent, efficient, and better aligned with the needs of the business departments.

My other tasks included setting up and maintaining digital sales channels. This involved product data and database maintenance, assortment management, and the structural optimization of product information. A particular focus was on improving data quality and ensuring consistent presentation of product information across various digital channels.

Furthermore, I assisted in optimizing online shop structures, interfaces, and processes between merchandise management, product data, sales channels, and e-commerce systems. Through this work, I gained valuable experience in connecting IT, merchandise management, data management, and digital sales, and actively contributed to the advancement of modern e-commerce processes.
