Driven by my passion for interacting with clients and maximizing their potential, I transitioned into an Account Manager role while designing solutions for the modern workplace. Leveraging my experience as a former Cloud Engineer and Solutions Architect, I utilize my technical skills to craft innovative solutions that truly enhance clients' business outcomes.

As an Account Manager, I am responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with clients, understanding their specific needs, and recommending solutions to fully leverage their potential. Furthermore, as a Solutions Architect for the modern workplace, I actively contributed to creating solutions tailored to evolving business requirements. I was also tasked with growing OfficeGrip's client base by expanding our network and connecting with new organizations.

Architected, migrated, and implemented Microsoft 365 & Azure solutions for over 7500 users, focusing on cloud engineering and modern workplace.

Acted as a trusted advisor for clients, developing roadmaps to enhance their productivity and security.

Coordinated all team members and external parties on a technical level to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Team members primarily included network engineers, SharePoint functional consultants, application specialists (third-party vendors), automation experts, and support engineers.

Guided clients in their user adoption, created and delivered training materials for end-users.

Some of my achievements included:

Successfully designed and implemented a cloud strategy to consolidate the IT platform of a large investment firm with 20 distributed subsidiaries, each with its own platform, into a central platform managed on Microsoft 365 & Azure.

Successfully architected and implemented a cloud strategy and modern workplace on Azure & M365 for a successful logistics company, including numerous legacy applications, where business continuity was crucial for over 300 users.

Successfully architected and implemented a modern workplace strategy for BYOD in a healthcare institution where data protection (GDPR) was critical, utilizing various M365 E5 features.

Successfully implemented a cloud strategy including an on-premises caching platform for a consulting firm where local access to large files (such as supply chain models) was required using Azure Files.
