I help organisations use AI, automation and data to improve delivery, reporting and decision-making. I bring strong hands-on experience with AI and LLM tools including Cursor, Claude, Glean and Python-assisted workflows, using them to accelerate analysis, turn documentation and operational data into usable insight, and build reporting assets that are practical, reliable and business-ready.

I typically work across Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence administration, workflow and field optimisation, request and approval design, Power BI dataflows, reporting models, business-facing dashboards, audit-ready analytics and cross-system automation. My focus is on improving operational visibility, reducing friction in how teams work, and delivering reporting and process improvements that make complex environments easier to manage, measure and scale.
