As Tribe Manager, I support the internal Tribe Lead in a product area (insurance product) of the client. This consists of 4 interdisciplinary teams for whose working capacity/framework conditions I am responsible.

Areas of responsibility:

- Stakeholder and interface management with other agile teams as well as classic organizational structures

- Introduction of a methodology for prioritizing topics to be implemented according to Value Steering.

- Facilitation of cross-functional refinements & strategy workshops

As Agile Master, I accompany a Scrum team in a newly created product area (insurance product)

Areas of responsibility:

- Train agile methods within the team and tribe

- Facilitation of team and cross-functional meetings according to Scrum and ScrumOfScrums

- Organization and execution of workshops (e.g., Customer Journey, Prioritization Workshops)

Introducing agile methods for prioritization and collaboration with interfaces & stakeholders to an interdisciplinary project team in automotive development.

From training to application and subsequent coaching. E.g., Design and execution of a workshop on the basics of collaboration and prioritization between the project team and stakeholders.
