End-to-end IT modernization for a lime distribution company operating between Mexico, the US, and international markets. Migrated core systems (Siigo Aspel to CONTPAQi) to meet Mexican fiscal compliance requirements (SAT/CFDI) and moved the team from ad hoc OneDrive use onto SharePoint as a shared workspace. Before rollout, mapped how the changes would affect finance, warehouse, and sales staff, then built the training and communication plan that carried the 15-person, trilingual (German, English, Spanish) team through the transition. Also assessed and designed automated warehouse workflows covering measurement, planning, and distribution, and stayed the single point of contact for stakeholders throughout.

Built a fully automated e-commerce platform for drop-shipping truck and auto parts: specifications, negotiation with offshore development companies, leading the build team, and testing through launch. The project was planned and executed by myself and developed with offshore developer.

PMO, Global Cloud Transformation

Supported a worldwide data center transformation from on-prem to cloud. Ran communication and reporting for the program, planned and facilitated workshops, tracked milestones, and worked in agile methods alongside the delivery teams. The initiative audited different cloud providers, the on-prem database, and executed first test uploads.
