With me, you gain an experienced and methodologically qualified IT Project Manager and IT PMO with technical expertise, who also manages cross-departmental projects.

For over 15 years, I have been working as a (Multi-)Project Manager, Program Manager, PMO, IT Consultant, and Business Analyst. For 10 years, I have been advising international business and IT teams on complex technical and organizational challenges and managing IT, optimization, and transformation projects of various scales, up to multi-million euro investments. Furthermore, I have acquired in-depth expertise in business development for sustainability solutions (Power-to-X) within a startup context.

I gained my IT knowledge in software development and during software rollouts in the energy industry. This includes, in particular, experience in the analysis and integration of complex IT systems, definition and implementation of IT security requirements, as well as support in IT Service Management and IT audits. From 2018 onwards, I can also demonstrate knowledge in handling cloud-based IT solutions (Azure, SAP BTP, Mulesoft, Adobe Sign, Power Apps, Power Automate, Jira Service Management, SAP CPI, and SAP Ariba).

As a Project Manager and PMO, I can not only draw on my many years of experience but also engage intensively with methodological approaches. I hold relevant certifications (PMI, Scrum Alliance). A structured approach, reliability, and trusting collaboration form the basis for the success of my projects.
