As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Vector Partners, I help companies structure, scale, and professionalize their finance functions - hands-on and strategically. We specialise in the selection, evaluation and implementation of finance software, preferably AI-based.

Our focus: delivering clarity and momentum in accounting, controlling, fundraising, and audit preparation for start-ups, scale-ups & SMEs across DACH region.

We additionally support Venture Capital firms and Private Equity funds with their portfolio companies, M&A transactions or fundraising.

Previously, I worked as CFO at Kenbi, a pioneering digital-first outpatient care provider (health tech) in Germany, contributing to the company's expansion to over 1,000 dedicated employees.

Prior to that, I held leading financial positions, including Head of Finance, at various start-ups. These included FinTech and e-commerce companies.

My journey also includes an invaluable participation in the IPO of German Startups Group, a leading venture capital fund in Germany.

My expertise extends to leading M&A transactions and fundraising (∑€100m), enriching my strategic financial management skills. With over a decade immersed in the start-up ecosystem and four years in venture capital, I possess a profound understanding of the challenges and opportunities to scaling innovative enterprises.
